CPD

My weaknesses are that I'm not confidence to stand up in front of a class and present something, to overcome this I need to practice with people and speak making sure they can hear it clear. Producing original suggestions however it needs to be something I understand. Organising people into their place to overcome this is to be in charge with the group and find where people should be, having strong influence on decisions, finding my personal skills particularly appropriate in achieving agreement, being able to assert myself to get other people involved if necessary as I'm not a bossy people it’s up to them what they should be doing but making sure they are still up to date with what part the work is. Also I hate being judgemental with peoples work but it’s meant to be a good thing otherwise the feedback given back won’t be a good response.

My strengths are that being in a group is great because you can slit work in parts and get it done quicker, also its easier for me to help them with problems they might have with what they might have to do. Being nice to people keeps a good group in handy as it can become a good mood to the group
